About the Role

Joining a specialist service set within peaceful farmland, you'll become a key driver of positive behaviour change. You'll work hands on with individuals, guide teams, and influence practice across the service.

Conduct detailed behavioural assessments and functional analyses Develop and embed high quality, person centred PBS plans Coach, mentor, and train staff to build confidence and consistency Attend multidisciplinary meetings and produce clear, professional documentation Support referrals, contribute to risk-based decisions, and champion best practice

What We're Looking For

We're excited to hear from you if you have:

Experience supporting adults who present behaviours that challenge (LD, MH or forensic experience highly valued) A PBS qualification, ABA training, or strong background in behavioural frameworks Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Confidence in delivering training, reflective practice, and hands on coaching A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
