Behaviour Support Assistant
Job Description
Justteachers are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with learners to support them in settling into school life.
This is a supportive, inclusive and exciting alternative provision that provides support and development for learners with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. As a Behaviour Support Assistant every day will be different. You could be supporting learners in accessing vocational programmes such as; animal care and agriculture one day and then food technology and performing arts the next.
The role has both full time and part time opportunities available for September start.
Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with either; children, young people or adults with SEND
- A passion for education and helping people
- A nurturing and engaging personality
