Grade H point 14 - 17, 25,200 - 26,464, (actual pay)

Northfield School is a large 11-16 community school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious and inclusive school with state-of-the-art facilities and interactive technology in a well-resourced newly refurbished main building, a newly built separate Year 7 school, and extensive sports facilities shared with the community.



We wish to appoint a highly motivated Behaviour Support Officer who will provide proactive and operational support to leaders in school in developing and implementing the vision for inclusion and behaviour for learning by actively encouraging all pupils to participate in the full life of the school.



Main duties and responsibilities will include supporting leaders with some of the administrative aspects of the schools behaviour and rewards strategy and assisting in the implementation of school behaviour protocols and the effective management of children in school by being a visible presence around the school site.
