Bench Hand Joiner

Full-time | Leeds | 4-Day Week

We're a specialist furniture manufacturer based just outside Leeds, working on bespoke projects for apartments, penthouses, hotels, and private clients across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we're expanding our workshop team.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Bench Hand Joiner

to join our production team. You'll be involved in the full process of furniture manufacture, from interpreting technical drawings to final assembly. Projects vary in scale and detail, and you'll be expected to produce work to consistently high standards. Occasionally, you may also support with on-site installation.

Responsibilities

Manufacture furniture from technical drawings Work with a range of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines Support installations when required.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in a bench joinery or furniture manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery Strong finishing skills and attention to detail Own set of hand tools Good communicator and reliable team player Able to work independently and manage time effectively Organised, with a practical and problem-solving approach.

Desirable

CSCS card Full UK driving licence CNC machine operation experience.
