Job description - Reeve & Co Interiors Ltd - Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner for high-end furniture and joinery.

Salary:

15.00 - 17:00 per hour.

Hours:

This position will be for 40+ hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7:30 am - 5.30 pm

Location:

We are based at Stowmarket, IP145LS., 6 miles northeast of Stowmarket, Suffolk. Would suit someone at a commutable distance from Stowmarket, i.e. Ipswich, Diss or Bury St Edmunds, as we are just off the A140 / A14 main road.

Start date:

Immediate start.

The Role:

Making high-end furniture, joinery and fitted furniture to the highest standards. You must have

5 years plus

experience

in making high-end furniture or joinery.

Company Benefits:

A basic salary, which meets NLW, is paid of 15.00 - 17:00 per hour. Other company benefits include:

28 Days paid holiday. Pension Flexible hours between 7:30 am and 05:30 pm Small close team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Solid Furniture. Veneered Furniture Joinery items Very occasionally fitting of work on-site (site work is sub out to others usually in London), only fitting is local to us - I would guess around 5 days per year. Wood machining Organising varied work Keeping workbench clean. Small business with good atmosphere and working conditions. Very busy. Relax atmosphere.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements

Motivation and passion for Making items to the very best standards. Experience in doors and windows Experience in furniture, high-end is essential to this role. To have a good knowledge of hand tools. Good personality as we are a small team The ideal person is located within commutable distance from Stowmarket, Good roads from Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
