An exciting opportunity exists for a Benefits & Change Facilitator within our Digital Programmes team . L iaising with health partners across North Cumbria, including hospitals, community s ervices and GP practices, t he post holder will be a key team member , help ing to support a transformational digital modernisation programme .

The post holder will facilitate the benefits and change management aspects of one or more projects (acting as a Work Package Lead) independently in situations of limited complexity , including:
planning and implementing a range of benefits and change management activities
work with stakeholders to identify benefits of IT/digital projects
support benefits baselining and realisation work
facilitate the design of new business processes to allow the Trust to maximise the benefits of digital technology
plan, organise and facilitate meetings and workshops to support benefits, change and communications activities on projects
managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
