About the role



As a Benefits Manager you will make an impact by helping to deliver Cognizants benefits strategy across dedicated European markets. You will be a valued member of the benefits team and work collaboratively with HR, business managers, key stakeholders and European projects and initiates teams.


In this role, you will:



Manage benefits programs and plans to ensure benefits competitiveness and cost effectiveness as well as employees engagement and talent retention Liaise with various members of the business and HR teams to manage the market review of various existing and new benefit programmes across the region to then design, recommend new, improved, negotiated, cost effective packages to align to business needs and legislation changes Manage the benefits reward system for admin/ enrolment/ associate engagement in the dedicated markets (Darwin and the Hub) Be responsible for the design, development and roll-out of engaging benefits communication plan across the dedicated markets within the region Lead the relationship and management of third-party suppliers/providers, ensuring effective SLAs are in place and a high level of service maintained according to the Company's needs

What you need to have to be considered



Good knowledge and understanding of benefits provisions across Europe as well as statutory / legal requirements Strong vendor management skills; managing contracts and collaboration with Procurement and Legal departments Excellent project management experience and skills are essential Experience with flexible benefits platforms would be beneficial Pro-active self-starter, able to work on their own and with virtual teams
