We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Benfleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our services. Duties
Assist with the organisation and coordination of daily activities within the team.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and assisting clients or visitors.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet organisational goals.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
Support other departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role or relevant administrative background is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
