Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Bengali Speaking Female Carer

to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in the N11 3GS Barnet area. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Bengali and have experience in home care, hospice care, or senior care. This role requires patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to improving the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and personal preferences. Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients. Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions as needed. Support with behavior management strategies when necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to follow individualized care plans. Document daily activities and promptly report any changes in the client's condition.
Requirements

Fluency in Bengali.

Previous experience in home care, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and basic healthcare practices is an advantage. Ability to create and follow personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach. Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform light housekeeping duties. A valid driver's license is an advantage (if transportation is required). Certification in caregiving, senior care, or related fields is a plus but not required.
