We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at

Windsor Castle

.


Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world. It is open to visitors throughout the year. Founded by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, it has since been the home of 40 monarchs.

We Offer:

Rate: 13.50 per hour


Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends


Contract: Full Time permanent

About the Chef de Partie role:

Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling Managing the team Running service Covering Head Chef's absence General cleaning duties Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
