We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team at The Burrell Collection

At the Burrell Collection we have various catering outlets serving healthy, hearty and tasty food for to all the family. From burgers to salads, sandwiches and cakes. We have something for everyone. This role is predominantly day time hours with the odd evening required for events. Events experience would be an advantage but not essential.

About the Manager role:

To supervise, manage and motivate the team

To make sure that the operation runs smoothly

To ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard

To continuously work towards improving sales and service

Supporting and managing the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring

Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
