Bespoke-UK Ltd is a well-established manufacturer of high-end bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, individual furniture pieces, and commercial interiors. Based in a large, modern workshop in Bridgend, we offer a full end-to-end service -- from concept to creation -- for residential and commercial clients across the UK.

We work on everything from stunning home interiors to bars, restaurants, and hospitality spaces. No two projects are the same, and creativity is at the core of everything we do.

About the Role

We're looking for a

skilled, detail-focused designer

to join our team either as a

full-time employee

or a

freelance partner

-- depending on your situation and preference.

The role involves:

Attending site visits (for local applicants) Designing kitchens, bedrooms, bespoke furniture, and commercial interiors Producing detailed technical drawing packs for our in-house workshop team Creating 3D visuals to help clients understand and approve designs Pricing and costing projects accurately Collaborating with our production team through to delivery
We're open to both full-time applicants and experienced freelancers looking for a long-term, consistent working relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients and attend site visits (if local) Gather accurate measurements and understand client briefs Create detailed 3D CAD designs and technical workshop drawings Produce client visuals and presentations Price and cost jobs (materials, labour, add-ons) Collaborate with the workshop team throughout production (Optional) Earn commission on appliances and work surfaces

What We're Looking For

Experience in kitchen/furniture/interior design Strong CAD skills (SketchUp, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar) Ability to produce clear technical drawings for manufacture Eye for design, proportion, materials, and visual layout For freelancers: reliable, deadline-focused, and responsive Driving licence preferred (especially for full-time role)
