About the Role:
As a PBS Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, and/or autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Your focus will be on supporting them to maintain their independence at home while helping them lead fulfilling and active lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build meaningful relationships to help individuals achieve their goals and outcomes.
Assist with the development and implementation of risk assessments, behavioral support plans, and positive behavior strategies.
Provide day-to-day support, including maintaining detailed daily reports and conducting behavioral analyses.

Working Environment:
You will primarily work within individuals' homes in the Thanet/Canterbury area. Shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to accommodate days, evenings, weekends, and overnight work.
