The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen sense of organisational efficiency. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that all operational standards are met.
Duties
Communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive working environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Take bets and pay out bets on a daily basis
Implement time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity.
Utilise phone etiquette skills when taking bets from customers.
Work well in a team
Experience
Proven experience in the retail sector is preferred.
Cash handling experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to sell products or services effectively.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operation during busy periods.
