The

Beverages Team Leader

reports to the Area Manager within the Beverages team and is responsible for overseeing personnel, equipment, and systems on their assigned filling line. The role ensures that company standards for safety, product quality, operational efficiency, and customer service are consistently met.


Work Pattern | 4 on 4 off, days and nights 12-hour shifts - 39 hours

The Key Requirements

Experience with modern manufacturing methodologies, such as TPM, 5S, and other continuous improvement practices. Previous experience in a food production environment, with knowledge of BRC, ISO, and HACCP standards being advantageous. Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to clearly communicate expectations, provide feedback, and make day-to-day operational decisions. Technical aptitude with the ability to logically troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to processes or machinery. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Project. Experience with bottling lines is essential for this role. Familiarity with improvement tools and methodologies for optimizing processes.
