The Role: More Than a Reception Desk

Deliver a first-class welcome to every patient, in person and over the phone
Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries with efficiency and warmth
Support the smooth daily running of the front desk and clinical schedules
Collaborate with our team to meet customer service goals
Take ownership of certain marketing, admin, and team coordination tasks
Play a role in shaping our marketing strategy - both digital and offline
Communicate clearly and confidently about our services and philosophy
