An opportunity for one of our exisiting LSA's to pursue their school career with a BG8 LSA role.
Whilst similar to the BG6 role this role includes additional roles and responsibilities which reflect the higher pay grade. These include:occasionally cover the whole class session where planning is provided undertake further development
- taking on an area of responsibility appropriate to the role - for example this may be leading on an area of SEN, or taking responsibility for an area of the learning environment.
