In the Financial Planning & Analysis Centre of Excellence, we provide the information, insights and analytics that shape the wider ITV strategy. The role

Maintenance, support, and development for ITV\xe2\x80\x99s Oracle EPM estate (including EPBCS, FCCS and Smartview).

Responsibilities:

• Business as usual support including maintenance of the EPBCS & FCCS

Applications/Databases (BSO & ASO), Business Rules, Groovy Rules, Data

Maps, Data Forms and Reports (FRS & Smartview)

• Ensuring continuous improvement of models and processes currently employed
• Understanding end-user requirements to deliver

robust solutions and designs

• Development, testing, and support new functionality and related processes
• Troubleshooting system problems across all EPBCS environments, interface with project teams, IT, and business users as required to carry out fixes and resolve issues
• Taking responsibility for relevant aspects of testing and sign-off, following

implementation of changes, upgrades, updates, and the addition of new data

sources, for example.

• Delivering ongoing support to all users

Skills you\xe2\x80\x99ll need (minimum criteria)

• Part-qualified Accountancy qualification
• Experience of working with BI/EPM systems
• Hands-on experience enhancing and maintaining applications in Oracle Cloud
• Track record of training and interacting with Finance Users

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Structured but flexible approach to working to balance conflicting priorities
• Ability to deliver to deadlines and manage own workload
• Open to learning new technologies, ideas, and ways of working
• Desire to progress in the field of EPM
• Strong Excel skills
