Position Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Bid Coordinator
to support LivGreen's continued growth in the sustainable energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing high-quality bid submissions and proposals that reflect our values and capabilities.
You'll work closely with various internal departments, including commercial, delivery, and senior leadership teams, to ensure that bid content is accurate, timely, and aligned with strategic goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong written communication and organisational skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end bid process for tenders, PQQs, and proposals
Collate and prepare supporting documents and content from relevant teams
Track deadlines and manage the bid pipeline
Work with the senior team to create tailored responses that reflect LivGreen's capabilities
Proofread and format documents to a professional standard
Maintain and update a bid library and CV/Case study database
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information
Support the wider commercial team with ad hoc admin and reporting tasks
Ensure compliance with bid requirements and submission protocols
Requirements
Previous experience in a bids/tenders/proposals role (desirable but not essential if transferrable skills are demonstrated)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread with accuracy
High-level organisational skills, able to manage multiple deadlines
Confident working across teams and building internal relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in sustainability and the built environment
