Bid Coordinator
to join our team.
The Role
Reporting directly to
senior management and the company directors
, the Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating tender and pre-qualification submissions across all areas of the business.
You'll play a central role in identifying opportunities, preparing high-quality bids, and helping LFS secure key contracts with housing providers, local authorities, and private clients.
This role would suit someone with strong writing, organisation, and communication skills who wants to make a real impact in a growing and ambitious business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process for PQQs, tenders, and framework submissions.
Review procurement portals and track new business opportunities.
Coordinate input from internal teams (operations, commercial, compliance, and finance).
Prepare bid documents, presentations, and supporting materials.
Maintain a library of standard responses, case studies, and company information.
Ensure all bids are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
Support directors in post-tender reviews and client presentations.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in bid coordination, tender administration, or similar.
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
Confident communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tender portals is a plus.
Knowledge of construction, fire safety, or compliance industries is advantageous.
