We're looking for a Bid Co Ordinator to join our Kier Places team based in Sheffield.

Sheffield

Hours:

40 hours per week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Bid Co Ordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in managing the flow of information during the pre-tender and tender process.



Your day to day will include:


Managing the flow of pre-tender and tender stage information for all bids Working closely with bid teams to ensure information flows efficiently Coordinating internal and external communication and liaising with IT regarding system maintenance Maintaining records of tender queries and client responses Supporting the Bid Team with ad hoc or project-based administration

What are we looking for?

This role of Bid Co Ordinator is great for you if:


You have previous administrative experience (bidding process preferred) You are IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe programs such as InDesign You possess strong communication, organisational, and time management skills You can work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks You are enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
