We are looking for a Bid Executive who wants to work for a market leading organisation, producing winning bids across a diverse range of sectors within the parking industry from the NHS to Higher Education, offering bespoke products and solutions to our clients. This means co-ordinating and producing high-quality, compliant responses to tenders.

As an apprentice, you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 course which provides you with knowledge and skills and be based within the Bids team. You will work with our Business Development, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams to create winning bid responses. Working with Agena, you will learn about the various business units, build industry knowledge and develop a set of strong company skills across all departments.

We are looking for an individual with drive, someone who wants a challenge, takes initiative and isn\xe2\x80\x99t afraid of pushing boundaries. Our Bid Executive Apprenticeship offers an environment that provides structured training and on the job experience. You will be coached by leaders of the department who will challenge and mentor you. Overall, our mission is to improve our client\xe2\x80\x99s business performance, create sustainable solutions, whilst optimising driver experience and support mobility transformation in our chosen markets.

Responsible for assisting the end-to-end tender and bidding process on public and private sector opportunities with the aim of presenting the Agena Group (UK Car Park Management, Premier Park and Atria) as the partner of choice and securing profitable contracts which add value to the company income stream.

  • End to end management of the bid cycle from go/no-go to submission and presentations.
  • Create, implement, and proactively manage the Bid Evaluation Plan including timelines, key milestones, and responsibilities to deliver bid requirements on time, to required quality and on budget.
  • To ensure all tenders meet internal milestones and submission deadlines.
  • Engaging the right subject matter experts and supporting them to produce the required content.
  • To monitor activity in the market to ensure we maximise our tender potential.
  • Working alongside/challenging the sales team for win themes and strategies.
  • Assist/Implement review meetings with key stakeholders across the business.
  • To establish and maintain contact with key decision makers throughout the bid timeline.
  • To increase value through an understanding of customer drivers and targeting suitable proposals.
  • To keep the bid library up to date and continually review/improve/write new content.
  • To identify and employ innovative solutions to add value to each individual bid.
  • To secure and communicate balanced feedback to improve future bids.
  • To conduct competitor analysis.
  • To understand contractual, commercial and legal processes relating to contracts.
  • To facilitate the handover of successful projects to the wider business upon contract award.

The role is fulltime and is classed as remote working. You can work from an office if you prefer.

The salary is \xc2\xa325,000 per annum.

This role is as an apprenticeship on a L3 Bid and Proposal Co-Ordinator.
