RINA is currently recruiting for a

Bid Manager - Aerospace and Defence

to join its office in Chippenham within the

RINA Consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management

Division.

What You'll Do

Join our dynamic team and lead high-impact bids across the UK defence sector. As our new B2B Bid Lead, you'll manage end-to-end tender processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape winning proposals that make a difference.
Lead bids from EOI to ITT with our Defence & Aerospace teams Coordinate technical, legal, commercial, and BD stakeholders Draft compelling proposals and ensure compliance at every stage Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members

What We're Looking for

Experience in UK defence bids and public procurement portals (e.g. CDP, JOSCAR) Strong writing, planning, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with UK Procurement Regulations (PA23) Eligibility for UK Security Clearance

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' experience in bid or proposal management (ideal). Strong knowledge of bid processes, governance, and best practice. Experience managing procurement portals and the new Central Digital Platform (CDP) introduced under the Procurement Act. APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is desirable but not essential.
