You'll be at the centre of our high-performing win teams, working across Growth, Creative Solutions, and Operations to bring to life people-led service models that go beyond the brief. About the Role:
As a Bid Manager you will be responsible for:
Leading the full bid process for strategic opportunities in the
Aviation and Transport sector
, from qualification through to final submission and presentation.
Collaborating across teams to develop tailored service models
Turning complex requirements into clear, well-structured, and persuasive written responses.
Driving clarity of message, storytelling, and innovation across all proposal content.
Coaching, energising, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver work to the highest standard, on time.
Attending site visits and engaging with experts to ensure authentic, informed submissions.
Supporting client interviews and presentations, including preparing content and coaching speakers.
Championing continuous improvement by leading lessons-learned reviews and sharing best practice.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience
managing bids in a
regulated or aviation/transport environment
.
A solid understanding of
sales and bid processes
, ideally from a growth or business development role.
Exceptional
writing and communication skills
, with an ability to structure persuasive arguments and distil key messages.
Confidence working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, often under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Experience using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office applications.
High attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
