We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Writer to join a busy pre-contracts team within the construction and demolition sector. This role is ideal for candidates with strong writing skills who can help develop high-quality tender submissions. You will collaborate with internal teams to produce persuasive and structured responses for public and private sector opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit responses for PQQs and ITTs
Translate technical content into clear and engaging bid documents
Liaise with subject matter experts to gather required information
Ensure consistent tone and style across all written submissions
Organise and manage document templates and bid content library
Support clarification queries and submission scheduling
Assist with final document preparation and on-time submission
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Experience in bid writing or producing business documentation
Familiarity with procurement or tendering processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Organised and able to manage deadlines effectively
Experience with InDesign or CRM tools is a bonus
