& Coordinator

to lead and shape compelling, strategic bids and funding applications that align with our mission: delivering impactful, responsible technology solutions that create real-world value.

What you will do




You will play a central role in driving our growth and impact by:

Leading the full bid lifecycle - from identifying opportunities to submission and post-bid evaluation. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to shape compelling proposals. Developing clear, competitive, and high-quality content that translates complex research and solutions into accessible, persuasive narratives for bids. Managing multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality remains exceptional. Ensuring compliance with funding criteria, evaluation frameworks, and organisational standards. Refining our bid process and building a robust bid library, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement. Identifying and managing funding opportunities from public/private sectors and major programmes like Horizon Europe. Analysing our funding pipeline, supporting the business development strategy, and advising leadership on strategic direction. Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity in Responsible AI and adjacent fields.

What you bring



Essential Requirements:



Minimum of 4 years' bid writing and/or funding application experience. Proven track record of successful funding applications, ideally in Responsible AI or related technology domains. Solid knowledge of public procurement and tendering processes, especially EU frameworks like Horizon Europe. Professional qualification and/or degree in a related field that supports the core application requirements. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling proposals. Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple bids without missing a beat. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders. Ability to work confidently with new or unfamiliar topics.

Desirable Requirements:



Master's degree and/or experience specifically in Responsible AI or responsible innovation. Familiarity or experience with R&D projects and experience in public sector or EU-funded work. Understanding of GDPR, data ethics, and relevant Responsible AI policies. Ability to adjust and pivot quickly in response to changing organisational and/or funder/client requirements. Demonstrated interest in AI and technology policy.
