We're looking for a Bid Writer who can shape compelling, confident submissions that reflect who we are, what we stand for, and why we're trusted to deliver.

What you'll be doing



Researching, writing, and coordinating high-quality bid submissions Working closely with operational and leadership teams to craft persuasive, tailored responses Supporting the development of case studies, project write-ups, and capability statements Managing timelines and deadlines to ensure timely, complete, and compelling submissions Helping shape the voice of our brand in procurement communications Bringing consistency, creativity, and clarity to how we present our story

What we're looking for



You're a confident communicator, a strong writer, and a natural organiser. You know how to translate technical input into clear, accessible content - and you understand that every bid is an opportunity to build a relationship.

You'll bring:



Previous experience in bid writing, proposals, or copywriting (construction or public sector ideal but not essential) Exceptional written English -- clear, structured, and engaging Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines A collaborative mindset -- able to draw knowledge from different teams and shape it into a cohesive message Curiosity, initiative, and pride in producing great work that makes a difference
