Job Description

Are you a creative and strategic Bid Writer who thrives on crafting compelling proposals that win business? Are you a talented writer looking to join our EMEA team on a 10-month maternity cover contract? In this key role, you'll shape the voice of our bids, producing persuasive and polished responses that drive growth and strengthen our position as a global leader in professional training.

As Bid Writer, you'll manage the full bid lifecycle: researching opportunities, crafting standout proposals, maintaining our bid content library, and collaborating across teams to ensure every submission reflects our excellence and ambition.

Bid Writer, Proposal Writer, Bid Manager, Tender Writer, Proposals Specialist

Location:

Hybrid working - 2 days per month in the office in Canary Wharf

Salary:

50k - 52k base salary + Benefits

What you will bring to the table:

We're looking for someone with proven bid writing experience, strong communication skills, and a flair for persuasive storytelling, ideally with a background in the IT training or professional services industry.
