Role Description

We are actively seeking a Bid Writer to prepare, write and submit PQQ's, SQ's, ITT's and proposals. You will work closely with our Commercial, Operations, Pre-Construction, Project & QHSE Teams.

Salary:

33,000 - 55,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and develop tender responses

- Coordinate input from stakeholders

- Maintain the bid library

- Prepare case studies and evidence packs

- Review Client specifications

- Manage timelines

- Track tender KPIs

- Proofread and standardise documents

About You:

- 2+ years bid writing experience, preferably within the Construction/Fire Protection Industry

- Excellent written English

- Ability to translate technical information

- Highly organised

- Confident gathering information from staff

- Proficient in MS Office and procurement portals
