We have a unique opportunity for a Bid Writer to join our growing Business Development team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborating closely with the Bid Manager to ensure aligned, persuasive messaging across all bids, proposals, and credibility documents.
Reviewing bid questions and developing strategic answer plans to maximise win potential.
Completing pre-qualification questionnaires and writing content for both public and private sector bids in line with specifications.
Editing and enhancing supplementary documents to support the bidding process.
Maintaining and expanding our knowledge base--including templates, case studies, CVs, and sector-specific credibility documents.
Keeping accurate Bid MI records in the firm's CRM system.
Developing and owning a centralised bid and tender library.
Building strong internal stakeholder relationships to support bid success.
What we are looking for:
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in bid writing, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
A collaborative approach and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
