Join Us as a Graduate Bid Writer

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for writing and a creative eye for presenting information clearly and persuasively? This is an exciting opportunity to start your career as a Bid Writer and see your words directly contribute to winning major projects.

This role is ideal for graduates from English, journalism, marketing, architecture and design, graphic communication, or similar courses. If you have some workplace experience (for example, through a placement, internship, or entry-level role) and want to build a career in a dynamic and supportive company, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

Writing and editing engaging content for pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders, and other client submissions Helping to design and shape submission documents so they are clear, visually appealing, and on brand Working closely with project teams to gather technical details and turn them into client-focused, persuasive writing Conducting research to tailor responses to client needs and bid criteria Supporting marketing content creation (e.g., blogs, case studies, social media) when needed Assisting with maintaining and improving our bid library and templates

What We are Looking For

Some workplace experience (through a placement, internship, or part-time role) Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences A creative approach and an eye for clear, professional document design (experience with InDesign or similar design software is a bonus) Strong research and organisational skills Confidence to work collaboratively and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Word
