Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated E-Bike Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the face of our company during each delivery.

Responsibilities

Safely operate an E-Bike delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to traffic regulations. Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secure and undamaged during transit. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues encountered during the process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Physical stamina to lift heavy packages and perform manual tasks as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
