Billable Works Manager

to join our expanding team--someone who understands hard services FM and wants to develop their project management expertise in a hands-on, rewarding environment.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident in facilities management and eager to progress into managing projects of up to 25k in value. You don't need to have years of project management experience--we can teach you that. What matters most is that you have a solid grasp of hard FM, a practical mindset, and the drive to take ownership of tasks, learn new skills, and deliver great results.



As a Billable Works Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring small but vital works across our sites are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll learn to coordinate projects from start to finish, liaising with customers, contractors, and internal teams to make sure every piece of work runs smoothly and supports the operational goals of the establishment. You'll also gain experience in key compliance areas including CDM regulations, JSP 375, and energy and waste management--all with full training and mentoring from experienced colleagues.



You'll act as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping to turn their needs into practical solutions. Working alongside Mobile Authorised Persons, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and the wider FM team, you'll build strong relationships and play an important role in ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well maintained.
