The Role




The Billing Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the billing process.


Amending fee earner time sheets Handling billing and time recording queries Maintaining charge out rates, both negotiated and standard Producing ad hoc reports, including billing and WIP queries Monitoring WIP and liaising with partners to understand billing patterns Covering for other billing team members as needed Supporting international offices with their billing requirements

The Candidate




The ideal candidate for the Billing Administrator role will possess the following skills and experience:


Previous experience in a similar billing role, ideally within a law firm Competent in using Excel and preferably familiar with Elite 3E Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines A strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
