This role ensures:
Customers are billed
accurately and on time
Suppliers invoice
correctly, at agreed tariff rates
Billing queries are
resolved fast, with precision and professionalism

What You'll Be Doing
Audit supplier invoices uploaded to the billing platform
Validate published tariffs and update rate changes
Create new customer/reseller accounts within
24 hours
Add orders and contracted charges to the billing system within
24 hours
Calculate contract termination costs
Investigate and resolve billing queries within
5 working days
Produce daily billing,
CDRs
, and monthly invoice runs within SLA
Raise credits and resolve billing discrepancies
Support inbound
Customer Care calls
when required
What We're Looking For
Excellent phone manner
