Billing Administrator
to join our finance team and ensure our billing operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for preparing invoices, resolving billing queries, managing credit notes, and supporting clients and internal teams with billing accuracy. This is a vital role in ensuring strong customer relationships, timely payments, and continuous improvement of our billing processes.

Your Responsibilities
As
Billing Administrator
, you'll play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy and customer satisfaction, with responsibilities including:
Preparing, reviewing, and approving weekly and monthly invoices.
Reconciling accounts and recalculating invoices identified to have errors.
Managing bespoke client rates and supporting billing system maintenance.
Raising and allocating credit notes to customer accounts.
Handling client billing queries promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
Analysing billing data to identify errors and improve accuracy.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent reoccurrence.
Supporting Credit Control with overdue accounts and payment queries.
Continuously improving billing procedures to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience and attributes:
Previous experience in a billing, finance, or accounts administration role.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High proficiency with Excel and confidence working with financial data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
Desirable:
Experience using billing or ERP systems.
Previous experience in a logistics, eCommerce, or fulfilment environment.
