Job Summary



Join our Admin Team as a Billing Admin Specialist, responsible for customer subscription billing and auditing. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to ensure software orders are processed accurately and all client portals remain fully aligned, compliant, and optimised for billing integrity and operational excellence. Precision and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities



Manage subscription billing for all customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Audit client portals and internal systems to maintain compliance and operational excellence. Validate invoices, apply credit/debit notes, and resolve discrepancies promptly. Onboard new customers and maintain accurate records across Salesforce and client portals. Submit invoices through various client systems and chase purchase orders to support billing. Prepare and submit PO accrual reports. Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to resolve systemic issues and improve processes. Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support/ cover the Lease Admin team with processing.

Secondary responsibilities



Assist with process documentation and improvement initiatives. Support the Finance team during month?end close. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve systemic billing issues. Participate in internal and external audits as required.

Essential



3-5 years' experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance/admin role. Strong understanding of subscription billing and credit to? ?cash processes. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; Salesforce experience desirable. Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Confident communicator, able to work cross functionally? with senior stakeholders. Self-motivated?, proactive, and committed to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Desirable



Background in the IT market or related industry. Exposure to service based or contract billing environments?. Experience supporting cross departmental improvement projects. Strong analytical mindset.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
