We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Billing Administrator to join our Unified Communications team at Associated Telecom. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting billing processes, maintaining accurate reports, and supporting the department where required.
Duties
Log, categorise & prioritise customer billing tickets in line with the relevant ticket banding and type.
Work with customers, internal or external, to resolve billing issues and ensure they have a positive experience dealing with us.
Complete assigned monthly first bill checks and admin tasks during bill run for both UC and IT.
Maintain administrative and billing reports for the Unified Communications department.
Assist the Sales Operations Coordinator with customer satisfaction surveys, deal authorisation and admin tasks where required and cover where needed.
Provide cover to other areas in the Unified Communications department where needed
Assist with credit control and non-payers within the Unified Communication department
Support the Account Managers with any billing related queries
Support with any other admin tasks for the Head of Unified Communications where required.
Experience
Proven experience working with accounting software such as Xero is preferred but not essential.
1+ years of experience in billing admin, telecommunications industry is a plus.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems
Outlook 365 knowledge
