Due to continued company growth, an exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Billing Service Advisor, within our central billing department.

Job Summary



The successful candidate will work closely with our branch managers, sub-contractors, and tyre manufacturers to support our fleet customers. This includes ensuring fleet branding is adhered to, confirming accurate pricing, and obtaining order numbers for payment processing. The role also involves using various supplier and customer portals to gain work authorisation and detailed data entry for management reporting. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure the necessary products are available and delivered to the correct location for fitting.

Key Responsibilities



Data entry, approval authorisation and invoicing Ability to identify queries, be proactive and solve problems as they arise Maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy in executing billing related tasks Attain excellent organisational and time/task management skills Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure Liaising confidently with customers and service providers Competent in computer literacy

Education, Experience and Desirable Skills



Have 5 GCSE's or equivalent, including English and Maths (or minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role) Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines Works well under pressure and has ability to manage time effectively Competent in computer literacy Be able to work independently & as part of a team Strong administration, organisation and planning skills High performance attitude Experience in the car/truck industry
