Job Description

The Billing Clerk is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate billing records. The role supports the finance team by ensuring invoices are issued correctly and on time, while responding efficiently to billing queries from customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner Check billing data, rates, quantities, and VAT for accuracy Maintain up-to-date billing records and financial documentation Respond to customer billing enquiries professionally and promptly Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies Support month-end billing and reconciliation processes Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures Assist with general finance and administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience

Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills Good organisational and time-management abilities Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in a billing or finance role (desirable but not essential)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
