Telecom Acquisitions Limited (TAL) is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Award-Winning Billing Team

Basic Salary: \xc2\xa324,000 to \xc2\xa326,000 DOE

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 \xe2\x80\x93 17:30 & the occasional Saturday 9am - 1pm on a rota basis (paid at time and a half overtime)

As part of our strategic alliance with TalkTalk and the development of the home move division of the business, our offering to be the \xe2\x80\x98one stop shop\xe2\x80\x99 for all your moving needs, is rapidly becoming our flagship offering. Working with leading estate agents throughout the UK we are able to offer a concierge style service advising and setting up council tax and water services, energy and entertainment through our partnership with Sky and TalkTalk, plus mobile and our core broadband offering.

Areas of the Billing Analyst\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:

\xc2\xb7 Accurate production and maintenance of monthly customer billing.

\xc2\xb7 Calculating any credits and refunds that are due to customers.

\xc2\xb7 Dealing with customers queries by telephone, web chat and email.

\xc2\xb7 Tracking all queries and ensuring that they are accurately recorded against the customers\xe2\x80\x99 account.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and maintain accurate pricing throughout systems.

\xc2\xb7 Working with strict deadlines and to company set KPI\xe2\x80\x99s on a weekly and monthly basis, to ensure a smooth and accurate bill run.

\xc2\xb7 Carrying out daily reporting tasks to help ensure accurate billing to our customers.

\xc2\xb7 Investigating, analysing, and resolving anomalies within the billing system.

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with suppliers, managing disputes, and investigating supplier charges.

\xc2\xb7 Analysis of complex billing queries.

\xc2\xb7 Providing a first-class level of customer service throughout all front and back-office activities.

A successful candidate should have -

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in an office environment.

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using Excel at Intermediate Level.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritise work, be proactive and work on their own initiative.

\xc2\xb7 Strong team ethic.

\xc2\xb7 Highly numerate and analytical, in approach to the work undertaken.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Problem Solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Confidence in problem solving and collaborating with different teams and organisations.

Desirable, but not essential, knowledge and experience:

\xc2\xb7 Experience working within a billing team either in Telecoms or other utility billing.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working for a Telecommunications or Managed Service Provider.
