We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Billing Operations team as a Billing Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who wants to enhance their career within a vibrant and innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

Ensure the accurate and timely invoicing for our partners by managing billing cycles and processes. Analyse billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently. Complete fraud monitoring and compliance checks by reviewing and maintaining precise records and documentation. Advise partners on potential areas of loss and suggest remedies to increase margin and profitability. Deliver a high degree of customer service for all queries and respond within the documented SLA's until query resolution. Support partners in the use of our bespoke aBILLity and affinity software by providing advice and training.

Your experience

Demonstrable experience in a billing role, preferably within the technology or communications industry. Proven experience of working with aBILLity and / or Affinity billing platforms. Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio), with the capacity to use and adapt to new technology quickly. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and project targets. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for process improvement.
