Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference through your work? We're looking for a Billing & Collections Administrator to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding care and service.
Please note: This is a fixed term contract for between 3-6 Months with a possibility that could be extended.
What You'll Do
Prepare and distribute invoices accurately and on time.
Track customer accounts, reconcile balances, and initiate collection efforts.
Post and allocate receipts daily; manage monthly direct debit collections.
Respond to internal and external queries, resolving disputes and billing issues.
Maintain accurate records of payments, credit limits, and collection activity.
Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, and ICBs on complex funding cases.
Build strong relationships with Home Managers and external stakeholders.
Evaluate customer creditworthiness and support pre-admission checks.
What You'll Bring
Experience in billing, credit control, and query resolution.
Understanding of collections, cashflow, and GDPR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional communication.
Strong attention to detail and high level of numeracy.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
