We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our operations in Blantyre. This role is integral to our customer onboarding process, ensuring that new agreements are accurately processed and logged, enabling us to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Verify and complete customer contracts with precision, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented.

Utilize reliable data sources to confirm that new contracts comply with legal and company standards.

Assess the commercial implications of new agreements to ensure alignment with company policies.

Enter customer agreement details into our company systems with 100% accuracy.

Collaborate effectively with the Contract Administration Team to ensure that all new agreements are verified and processed by the end of the working day after receipt.

Communicate proactively with sales personnel to address any customer agreements that do not meet our standards, facilitating prompt corrections with minimal disruption to the customer.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all new customer contracts.

Provide existing contract documentation to internal colleagues as needed.

Profile Requirements:



Strong understanding of our company's commercial activities and contract types.

Knowledge of relevant legislation, including CCXA and GDPR.

Familiarity with the UK company structure.

Proficient in various types of company software.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyse data effectively.

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and prioritize tasks effectively.

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
