You will be responsible for:
- posting sales/purchase invoices using Xero
- general company bookkeeping
- invoicing using Xero and chasing customers for payments
- building strong relationships with customers to resolve any possible issues quickly
The correct candidate should have/be:
Strong IT Skills and experience using payroll management systems, ideally must be experienced in Xero
. Basic accounts experience
. Credit Control/Debt Recovery
Extremely organised with an ability to manage numerous accounts effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with clients
Willing to self-manage and work to deadlines with minimal support
. Ideal experience in the motor industry
