Billing Co-ordinator
Cumming Group is looking for a
Billing Co-ordinator
to join our finance team in Cardiff.
The Role
You'll manage a billing portfolio across our UK operations, ensuring invoices are accurate, issued on time, and aligned with contracts. You'll work closely with colleagues and clients, helping to maintain smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices and credit notes promptly
Review contracts to ensure correct billing terms
Maintain accurate project data in ERP systems
Verify billable hours and activities for invoicing
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve queries
Provide excellent support to clients and internal teams
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years' billing or finance experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, etc.) and Excel
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
