We're looking for a Billing Migration Specialist to join our Strategic Software Tools Operations team at Giacom. In this role, you'll take ownership of migrating customer data from legacy systems into our platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth transition.


You'll play a pivotal role in enabling our strategic partners to unlock the full potential of our billing solutions, with a strong focus on data integrity, system configuration, and customer enablement. As a key member of our Strategic Operations team, you'll lead the technical onboarding and migration process for our most valuable partners

What you'll be doing



Guide new customers and acquisitions through onboarding onto our billing platforms Lead complex data migrations, including cleansing, de-duplication, and system configuration Act as a trusted consultant, advising on billing best practices and system optimisation Deliver training and workshops to empower customers to maximise their use of our platforms Collaborate with Project Managers and Billing Specialists to ensure seamless delivery Continuously improve our tools and methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction

Your Experience



Deep understanding of billing systems within a Telecoms or MSP environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience in system implementations, migrations, or customer onboarding A proactive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
