Job Description

As a member of Electricity Industry Operations, you will be part of a close-knit team that is responsible for ensuring all of our customers are accurately billed; on time, every time, and their supply is up-to-date in accordance with industry guidelines.


You will be working with Industry processes and will need to be adept at problem solving and building relationships. The role is an opportunity for a new challenge and to develop skills in the UK energy Industry!

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Experience and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy; Experience of working as part of a team to delivery against targets and deliver High Levels of Customer Service; Work experience in similar position previously with transferable skill.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
