We're looking for enthusiastic, driven, and personable sales professionals with language skills to join our growing B2B sales team.
The Opportunity
As a
Language Speaking Team Lead
, you'll play a key role in growing our international B2B customer base. You'll handle inbound RFQs (Requests for Quotes) from distributors and manufacturers, qualify leads, provide quotes, follow up, and close deals.
All this whilst helping your team buy scheduling work logs, Inspiring your team by bringing enthusiasm and purpose where possible.
You'll
retain and grow
any accounts you convert, with the goal of becoming a trusted
Account Manager
. You'll also re-engage dormant customers and identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts.

What You'll Be Doing
Sales team financial and activity targets
Reacting to inbound and making outbound calls to engage with B2B prospects and existing customers
Qualifying leads and converting RFQs into sales opportunities
Creating tailored quotes based on customer needs and market insights
Following up diligently to close new business
Building lasting relationships and expanding accounts you win
Reconnecting with dormant clients and reigniting lapsed accounts
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your pipeline
Supporting marketing efforts through social media and campaigns
Providing exceptional customer service, always putting the client first
What We're Looking For
Fluent in
Italian, Spanish, German, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish
Positive, energetic, and eager to learn and grow in a sales environment
Strong communicator and active listener
Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset
Highly organised and able to manage time and priorities effectively
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Able to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
Comfortable working toward targets and under pressure
Bonus Points For:
Previous Team Leading or Management Experience
Previous B2B sales or account management experience
Exposure to industrial manufacturing sectors
Familiarity with CRM systems
Familiarity with Google G-suite
