About You: Are you a BIM Consultant well-versed in Digital Construction methods and Information Management techniques?

Your passion for creating a better built environment through BIM adoption is what they\'re after. To thrive in this role, you\'ll need strong knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms like Revit, Civils 3D, BIM360, Solibri, and Navisworks. You should also bring a comparable track record in project/design management and information management within the built environment sector. Familiarity with the UK BIM Framework and international approaches is a plus!

Your Role as BIM Consultant: As a member of the Information Management team, you\'ll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. You\'ll collaborate closely with a diverse range of organizations, businesses, and multi-stakeholder projects.

Your mission: to support safe, secure, and efficient data management, curation, and interrogation. From BIM to city-scale digital twinning, this company employ cutting-edge digital technologies to manage data from global multidisciplinary projects. You\'ll also use your information management consulting skills to enhance their clients\' operations, projects, and schemes, improving efficiency, reducing risk, enhancing quality, and fostering collaboration.

Key Duties as BIM Consultant:

  • Pursue an outcome-based service and systems thinking approach.
  • Generate insightful reports based on risk, progress, performance, change, and quality.
  • Establish the Common Data Environment, facilitating reliable information exchange among Project Team Members, the Employer, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with senior IM team members, promoting a culture of collaboration in house and externally.
  • Maintain the Information Model, ensuring integrity and security standards align with employer requirements.
  • Oversee Common Data Environment processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and offering expert advice on non-compliance.
